Shipping/Ordering
Where does Purple Frog Graphics ship products from, and where can you ship to?
Most of our products are produced and shipped from our headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida and we can ship products anywhere in the USA and Canada!
How long does production take?
Production depends on the size and scope of each individual job. Lead times can range anywhere from 24 hours to a few weeks, depending on quantity, material availability and most importantly, your needs. If a rush job is required, we can get it done at your request!
Graphics Submission/Design
Do you offer design work?
Let our design team assist in bringing your vision to life from start to finish! We will work with you and send digital proofs along the process to ensure the final product captures and conveys your brand to precise specifications!
What is a “digital proof”?
A digital proof is a pre-print copy or presentation of the design and artwork that is intended to be printed as your final product! When reviewing the proof, you can suggest any edits or changes and it will be reflected in a final digital proof and/or final print of your order!
What file types are acceptable?
PDF and JPEG that are over 300 DPI (High Resolution) or a vector graphic (AI or EPS Files) work best for us to ensure that your order is produced with the highest possible quality.

Are there minimums to orders?
Many of our product offerings are associated with minimum run or order quantities. Please inquire with your sales representative as it relates to questions about specific products for minimums information.
